I absolutely LOVE my new book! What an awesome resource for new and seasoned mommas, as well as, soon-to-be moms! If we are blessed with more children, I will definitely be incorporating essential oils and Young Living supplements into my next pregnancy and delivery. I didn’t get started until my youngest son was about 8 months old and they have been a godsend.

We always use essential oils at bath time and a few drops are perfect. We often use 2 drops Gentle Baby and 2 drops of lavender in unscented bubble bath. After washing my face at night I like to use a drop of Gentle Baby and a drop of lemon essential oil mixed with a few drops of jojoba oil as my nightly face serum. It is great for improving and brightening the appearance of my skin! The floral aroma is great for winding down and snuggling little ones before bedtime.
